Cannot save JavaScript: Button missing: Solution?
« on: June 29, 2014, 07:52:01 pm »
There is no option of saving JavaScripts in my Scribus installtion. What can I do?

I was following "Method B" of this description: http://wiki.scribus.net/canvas/Adding_Hyperlinks_to_your_Scribus_PDF_document. After the step "Enter the following: app.launchURL("http://www.scribus.net/", true);" I am missing the save button in the Editor that has been opened in one of the previous steps, see attached image.

The same problem occurs when I follow "Edit > JavaScripts". There again is no option offer to save the script after opening the editor by clicking "Add".

I am on Ubuntu 14.04 with Scribus 1.4.2. Is this a bug or a feature? Is there a way to add JavaScripts another way?
